Use the editor’s pop-up settings to control which connected Klaviyo, Postscript, and Alia providers are enabled for the current experience. These controls are separate from placing an inline form section on the page.

Connect the provider first

The control appears when at least one supported provider is connected with the required configuration in the shop: Configure these in Settings → Integrations. Do not enter a private API key where the integration requests a public identifier or an embed URL.

Set the experience’s pop-up providers

1

Open editor Settings

Open the experience and select the Settings gear in the editor header. Open the pop-ups control.
2

Set the main switch

Enable or disable pop-ups for this experience through this integration path.
3

Choose the connected providers

When enabled, use the individual provider switches to select which connected pop-ups should be allowed. Turning the last selected provider off also disables the overall pop-up selection.
4

Save

Select Save and verify the result on the intended page. Cancel discards the unsaved choices in this pop-up settings panel.
When no experience-specific pop-up choice has been saved, the editor defaults to the connected providers. Review the settings deliberately rather than assuming a newly connected provider is excluded from existing experiences.

What still belongs to the provider

Provider-side rules can determine the form design, campaign status, timing, audience, and whether a shopper has already seen or submitted it. Enabling a provider in Jurni does not mean its pop-up must appear on every test visit. Test in a clean browser session when checking display rules, and confirm the campaign is active in the provider.

Inline forms and other script installations

An inline Klaviyo or Postscript form added through the editor’s Integrations panel is a separate placement. Do not assume the pop-up switch deletes that inline section. Likewise, a script installed through Custom Scripts, the Shopify theme, GTM, or another app is a separate installation path. These controls should not be treated as a universal switch for every copy of a provider script on the site. For native Shopify Pages, inspect the Shopify theme/app configuration and test the final /pages/ URL independently.

Troubleshooting

The control is missing: confirm that one of the supported providers is enabled with its required shop-side value. The provider is enabled but no pop-up appears: check provider display rules, campaign state, consent, and the publishing environment. A pop-up still appears after you disabled it: check for another loader in Custom Scripts, the Shopify theme, a tag manager, or an app.
