Use the editor’s Integrations panel to add supported forms, reviews, and widgets to a page. Use Settings → Integrations to connect the provider account or required identifier. These are two different jobs.

What belongs in the editor

The current editor groups integration sections by function: The template determines which display types and fields are available. The presence of an integration does not mean every widget offered by that vendor is automatically supported in every publishing environment.

Connect and place a widget

1

Connect the provider

Open Settings → Integrations for the correct shop. Configure the provider with the value its integration requests. Use the credentials reference rather than assuming every provider needs a private API key.
2

Open the editor's Integrations panel

Return to the page editor and select Integrations in the left toolbar. Browse the appropriate form, review, or widget category.
3

Add the supported section

Select the template and use Add Sections. Locate the inserted section in Layers and move it to the intended position.
4

Configure its page-level fields

Set the required product, form, widget, or provider identifier exposed by that section. Review size and spacing in the page layout.
5

Verify the rendered result

Test the page, then check the final live URL. Confirm that the widget shows the intended product or form—not merely that the provider script loaded.

Pop-ups are different from inline forms

An inline form occupies a position on the page. A provider-managed pop-up uses its own loading and display rules. For connected Klaviyo, Postscript, and Alia providers, the editor also has per-experience pop-up switches in Settings. See Pop-up controls for the prerequisites and Save/Cancel workflow. Connecting a pop-up service, selecting it for the experience, and adding an inline form section are not interchangeable steps. Similarly, Meta Pixel, GA4, and GTM are tracking integrations, not visible sections that need to be dragged onto the page. Configure their installation and event delivery separately.

Remove or move a widget

Move the widget’s section in Layers to change its placement. Removing that section removes the page placement; it is not the same action as disconnecting the provider in shop settings. Before disconnecting a shop-level integration, review other pages that use it. Before adding a second vendor script, check whether the same provider already loads through a native integration, Custom Scripts, GTM, or the Shopify theme.

Native Shopify Pages require their own test

A widget that works on a Jurni subdomain may need a different setup inside a native Shopify Page. Theme/app scripts and widgets that search the page structure can behave differently there. Do not assume a custom review drawer, overlay, or script will work solely because its basic provider connection is active. Test the real /pages/ destination and involve the Jurni team when a custom vendor widget needs compatibility work.
