Use Trustpilot to add a TrustBox review display to your Jurni page. The current Jurni integration needs both the business identifier and the chosen widget template.

Get the identifiers from Trustpilot

In Trustpilot Business → Share & promote → Website widgets, choose a service-review widget available to your account and select Get code. Some accounts use the older Showcase menu label. In the widget’s HTML, copy only these values: For example, copy the value between quotation marks—not the attribute name or the entire HTML block. See Trustpilot’s widget setup.

Add it in Jurni

1

Connect the business

Open Settings → Integrations → Reviews & Pop-ups, enable Trustpilot, enter Business Unit ID, and select Save Changes.
2

Place the widget

Open the experience editor’s Integrations panel and add Trustpilot where the reviews should appear.
3

Choose the template

Enter the widget Template ID from the code you obtained. Review any supported minimum-star setting and give the widget enough height to display correctly.
4

Check the live result

Save and verify the correct business’s reviews on the published page, including mobile.

Common mix-ups

The Business Unit ID is not the widget Template ID. Saving the business ID alone does not select a TrustBox design. Do not paste a Trustpilot API key into either field. The current native placement is not an automatic setup for Trustpilot product-review SKU mapping or every custom TrustBox option. Ask the Jurni team about a product-specific or custom-language implementation before promising that behavior in a campaign. For Shopify Pages, check whether the theme already loads Trustpilot. Adding another full loader through Custom Scripts is not a substitute for supplying the missing widget identifiers.
