Obtain your Client Name
Ask your Bazaarvoice administrator or implementation contact for the Client Name used by your production Conversations deployment. It is case-sensitive and is not a display name you invent in Jurni. Your existing Bazaarvoice loader can help identify it: the client-name segment appears after/deployments/ in the widget script URL. Have the owner of that deployment confirm it rather than copying a staging or another brand’s value. See Bazaarvoice deployment setup.
Jurni requests Client Name, not a Bazaarvoice private API key. If your implementation uses a custom deployment, site, locale, or product-ID format, share those details with the Jurni team before launch.
Connect and place the reviews
1
Save the connection
Open Settings → Integrations → Reviews & Pop-ups in Jurni. Enable Bazaarvoice, enter Client Name, and select Save Changes.
2
Add the widget
In the experience editor, open Integrations and add the Bazaarvoice review section.
3
Check the product mapping
Select the intended product for the review placement. Confirm its identifier corresponds to the product in your Bazaarvoice catalogue. A matching visible product name is not enough when the systems use different identifiers.
4
Verify the published page
Save and check the actual live destination. Compare the reviews with the same product on your store and check mobile layout.
