Use Yotpo Reviews to display product or site reviews in a Jurni page. The account connection and the widget are two separate steps: App Key identifies your store; Instance ID identifies the review widget.

Get the two identifiers

Use the App Key instructions and widget Instance ID instructions. Jurni does not request the Yotpo Secret Key for this review connection.

Connect and configure

1

Connect the account

Open Settings → Integrations → Reviews & Pop-ups, enable Yotpo, enter App Key, and select Save Changes.
2

Add the widget

In the experience editor, open Integrations and add Yotpo. Select the inserted widget and enter its Instance ID.
3

Choose the review scope

For product reviews, choose product mode and the correct product. Use the all/site-reviews mode for a site-review placement. Match this choice to the widget configured in Yotpo.
4

Save and inspect

Save the page and verify the real review widget on the published destination. Check product identity, review content, and mobile layout.

Troubleshooting

App Key is saved but only a placeholder appears: check the widget’s Instance ID. An account connection alone does not tell Jurni which Yotpo widget to render. Site reviews appear instead of product reviews: check the review mode and product selection. The product-specific placement expects the matching Shopify product, not a product title or variant ID. I need Loyalty, referrals, or another Yotpo feature: this article describes the Reviews integration. Those products are not automatically configured by saving the Reviews App Key. For Shopify Pages, check the theme’s Yotpo installation as well as the Jurni section so the loader and widget are not duplicated.
