Available reports
Jurni currently supports two scheduled Slack report types:
Daily reports compare performance with the previous day. Weekly reports compare performance with the week before.
What the report includes
Slack reports include the shop’s overall performance for the reporting period:- Revenue
- Orders
- Sessions
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Average order value (AOV)
- Top experiences by revenue
- Top experiment / experiments
Configure Slack reports
1
Connect Slack first
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect the Slack workspace if it is not already installed.
2
Open Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications and find the Slack section.
3
Enable Slack notifications
Turn on the Slack notification provider.
4
Choose a workspace and channel
Expand the connected Slack workspace and select the channel that should receive reports.
5
Choose report types
Turn Daily report and/or Weekly report on for that workspace.
6
Configure the schedule
Set the send time and timezone. For weekly reports, also choose the weekday.
7
Save and test
Save the settings, then use Send test message to confirm Jurni can post to the selected channel.
Multiple workspaces
Each connected Slack workspace has its own destination channel and report subscriptions. This lets you send the same shop’s reports to different Slack workspaces when your access setup allows it. The report schedule itself is shared for every provider subscribed to that notification type. For example, if the Daily report is configured for a particular send time, providers subscribed to that Daily report use that schedule.Slack Connect / external channels
If the selected destination is a Slack Connect channel, Jurni labels it as external and requires you to acknowledge that people outside the Slack workspace may see the shop’s metrics. Jurni will not let you save that external destination until the acknowledgement is checked.Channel access
If Jurni is not yet a member of the selected channel, Jurni can join the channel when the settings are saved or when you send a test message, where Slack permissions allow it.Troubleshooting
