Jurni Shopify Pages are published into the connected Shopify store and follow the domain structure of that Shopify instance. This is different from Jurni-hosted experiences, where you can use a dedicated custom subdomain connected to Jurni.
Current limitation
A single Jurni Shopify Pages setup does not support publishing pages across multiple independent root domains inside the same Shopify instance as separate Jurni publishing destinations.
For example:
brand.com and go.brand.com are part of the same root domain family.brand.com and anotherbrand.com are separate root domains.
If your Shopify store serves multiple root domains, do not assume a Jurni Shopify Page configured for one root domain can automatically be published and managed on the other domain.
What you can do instead
Depending on the use case, consider:
- Use a Jurni custom subdomain for the additional campaign domain.
- Keep the Shopify Page on the primary Shopify domain and route campaign traffic there.
- Use Smart Links when the main requirement is a stable campaign URL with flexible routing.
- Contact your Jurni team when the store has a non-standard multi-domain architecture so the implementation can be reviewed before launch.
Subdomains are different
Using a campaign subdomain such as go.brand.com or try.brand.com is a different setup from adding a second root domain. Custom subdomains can be connected to Jurni and used to host campaign experiences independently of Shopify Pages.
