Use TikTok Pixel to connect supported Jurni page activity to the website data source used by your TikTok advertising team. This is pixel tracking, not a connection for managing TikTok ad campaigns inside Jurni.

Find your Pixel ID

In TikTok Ads Manager, open Tools → Events Manager, select the website pixel, and copy its Pixel ID from the pixel details. Make sure you have access to the business and pixel used by the brand. See TikTok’s pixel-location guide. Copy the ID only—not an Events API token, ad account ID, or full tracking snippet.

Connect and verify

1

Enter the ID

In Jurni, open Settings → Integrations → Data Integrations → Tracking Pixels and paste it into TikTok Pixel ID.
2

Save Changes

Save the tracking settings. Check whether the same pixel is already installed through your tag manager or another script before adding a second installation.
3

Test a real page

Visit the published campaign URL and perform the intended shopper actions. Check the selected pixel in TikTok Events Manager or the provider’s debugging tools.

Before launching ads

Verify the purchase destination as well as the landing page. A valid page Pixel ID does not automatically configure a custom checkout, an Events API connection, or every conversion your campaign may need. If no activity appears, check the correct pixel, consent, browser blocking, and whether you tested a published page. For Shopify Pages, review the TikTok installation inherited from the Shopify theme/apps before adding another copy.
