Jurni includes Affiliatly and Bix Grow controls in Settings → Integrations → Affiliate Integrations. Enabling a provider makes its reference field available in the Creators workflow. Use these settings when your brand already works with that affiliate provider. They are not a replacement for setting up the affiliate program itself.

Find the creator’s reference

Affiliatly: open the intended affiliate in your Affiliatly account or ask the affiliate-program owner for that person’s tracking link. The reference is the affiliate ID/custom code in the link, commonly the value after aff=. Affiliatly can use customized parameter names, so confirm the configured reference rather than guessing from the person’s name. See Affiliatly link tracking. Bix Grow: open Affiliates, select the affiliate, and inspect their default referral link. The tracking value normally follows bg_ref=. Use that reference, not the whole URL or the readable alias of a shortened link. See BixGrow affiliate-link structure. Confirm that the reference belongs to the correct brand’s program. Commission rules, approval, and payouts remain in the affiliate platform.

Enable the provider

1

Check the shop and provider

Confirm which Jurni shop you are configuring and which affiliate platform your brand uses. Have the creator’s reference from that platform available.
2

Open Affiliate Integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations and locate Affiliate Integrations.
3

Enable Affiliatly or Bix Grow

Turn on the relevant provider and wait for the setting to finish saving. These cards use enable/disable controls rather than an API-key form.
4

Add the reference to the creator

Open Creators and add or edit the relevant creator. Fill Affiliatly Ref or Bix Grow Ref, then save the creator record.

Keep these values separate

Copy the affiliate reference from the intended provider account. Do not replace it with an email, social handle, or discount code unless that is the exact reference your affiliate implementation expects.

Verify the complete campaign

Before sharing a creator’s campaign, test the actual link and its destination. Check any promotional code in the purchase flow, and validate referral recognition in your affiliate platform with the person who manages that program.
Turning on a provider or saving a creator reference is not proof that every sale will receive affiliate credit. It also does not confirm commission rates, payout eligibility, or settlement. Verify those separately in the affiliate platform.
For native Shopify Pages or a custom storefront, validate the installed affiliate implementation on that specific page and checkout path. Do not assume a working Jurni-hosted campaign proves a different publishing environment is configured correctly.

Missing reference field

If the field is not visible, confirm that the corresponding integration is enabled in the same shop. The Creators table and form show the provider-specific fields conditionally. If the field is present but referral recognition fails, share the provider name, creator record, campaign link, and test path with Jurni support. Avoid sending private API keys in a support message.
