For Shopify-connected experiences, a Free Shipping offer tells the supported Jurni cart when to show the free-shipping promotion. Shopify must also provide the actual free-shipping rate or discount at checkout.

Configure the offer

1

Create a Free Shipping offer

Open Offers, create an offer, and select Free Shipping.
2

Choose where it applies

Add an internal name, optional shopper-facing text, experience scope, and timing. Global applies across eligible Jurni experiences in this shop, not every page of your Shopify website.
3

Set Trigger Condition

Choose Minimum Amount and enter the cart amount, or Minimum Product Quantity and enter the number of items. For an amount, check the currency displayed beside the field.
4

Review the subscription option

Enable Offer free shipping with subscription products only when a cart containing a subscription should also qualify, regardless of the amount or quantity threshold.
5

Save and verify Shopify checkout

Save the offer. Check the promotion in the supported cart, then enter a shipping address at checkout and confirm a free-shipping option is actually available.

Match the Shopify rule

The Jurni offer and Shopify shipping configuration must agree. Check the minimum spend, eligible shipping regions, products, purchase type, and any discount restrictions with the person who manages Shopify. The Create Shopify Discount switch shown in the current Jurni form is disabled. Do not treat saving this offer as creating a Shopify shipping discount.

Example: free shipping at $75 or with a subscription

Choose Minimum Amount, set the threshold to 75 in the intended currency, and enable the subscription option. This expresses two ways to qualify in Jurni: reach the amount or have a subscription in the cart. Configure equivalent shipping eligibility in Shopify. Test a one-time cart below $75, a qualifying one-time cart, and a smaller subscription cart. Check the actual shipping method after entering an address, not just the cart message.

When the message and checkout disagree

A “free shipping” message with a shipping charge usually means the Shopify rate/discount, address, product eligibility, or other checkout condition differs from the promotion configured in Jurni. Changing the message does not change that charge. For Shopify Pages or another cart app, confirm which system displays the promotion. For non-Shopify stores, use a team-assisted purchase integration.
