# Connect REVIEWS.io ratings and reviews

> Find the Store ID and product SKU, connect REVIEWS.io, and choose a rating snippet or full widget.

Use **REVIEWS.io** to display a compact rating or a full review widget on a Jurni page. The store connection identifies the review account; the widget's **SKU** identifies the product whose reviews it should show.

## Find the connection details

In **REVIEWS.io → Integrations → API**, find **API Credentials** and copy **Store ID**. REVIEWS.io also calls this value `url_key`. Jurni's native connection requests the **Store ID**, not the API key listed next to it.

For product-specific reviews, confirm the identifier in your **REVIEWS.io product catalogue**. Do not assume the Shopify product title or numerical product ID is the SKU used by your review feed.

## Connect and place the widget

    In Jurni, open **Settings → Integrations → Reviews & Pop-ups**, enable **REVIEWS.io**, paste **Store ID**, and select **Save Changes**.

  <Step title="Add REVIEWS.io to the page">
    Open the experience editor's **Integrations** panel, add the REVIEWS.io section, and select the widget.

  <Step title="Choose Display and SKU">
    Set **Display** to **Rating** for a compact snippet or **Widget** for the full reviews area. Enter the exact REVIEWS.io **SKU** for the product.

  <Step title="Adjust the relevant presentation">
    Rating mode exposes star color, rating text, and line-break settings. Widget mode exposes colors, reviews per page, language, and question/review-action controls. Set only the options your placement needs.

  <Step title="Verify">
    Save and check the published page. Confirm that the content belongs to the intended product and fits mobile as well as desktop.

## Troubleshooting

**The account is connected but no product reviews appear:** check the SKU against REVIEWS.io's catalogue and confirm the product has published reviews. Changing the Buy Box product does not mean an explicitly entered review SKU changed with it.

**The rating works but the full widget does not:** check the selected Display mode and widget options, then test the final URL rather than only the canvas.

For **Shopify Pages**, inspect the theme's existing REVIEWS.io installation to avoid duplicate loaders. For a non-Shopify catalog, confirm the product feed and identifiers with your team.
