# Add a review widget to a page

> Place the connected provider's widget, set its identifiers, and verify real reviews on the published page.

A review widget is the area on your page that displays reviews from a connected provider. Finish the [provider connection](/integrations/review-integrations) first; adding a visual placeholder alone does not connect an account.

## Add and configure

    Open the experience you want to edit and choose the page where reviews belong.

  <Step title="Add the provider's section">
    Open **Integrations** in the editor and add the matching review section. Place it in the page using the section-order controls.

  <Step title="Select the actual widget">
    Select the review element inside the section, not just its surrounding heading. The right panel shows the settings for that provider.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete the identifiers">
    Supply the product, SKU, review group, or widget ID the selected provider needs. Use the provider guide below; each service uses different values.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save and verify">
    Save the page and check the published destination. Confirm review content, product identity, and mobile layout—not just whether stars appeared.

## The details most often missed

**Yotpo needs an Instance ID** after you connect its App Key. **Trustpilot needs a Template ID** after you connect its Business Unit ID. **REVIEWS.io uses a SKU** to identify product reviews. **Judge.me on Jurni-hosted pages needs its compatible platform-independent configuration.**

## Edit layout without replacing the reviews

Use Jurni for the surrounding section's heading, spacing, and position. Use the widget's available controls for its supported settings. Provider-rendered content may have appearance settings in the provider itself; it is not all ordinary editable page text.

When asking AI to adjust the section, specify that it must preserve the provider widget and its identifiers. Do not replace live reviews with invented testimonials or static rating text.

## When something is wrong

**No reviews:** check the saved account connection, missing widget identifier, product mapping, and published reviews in the provider.

**Wrong reviews:** compare the product ID/SKU or review group with the provider. Recheck after duplicating a page or changing its product.

**Repeated widgets:** look for a duplicate section or another installation in the Shopify theme, Custom Scripts, or a tag manager.

**Only one publishing method fails:** compare the Jurni-hosted URL with the Shopify Page. The theme and script environment differ; testing one does not verify the other.
