# Connect Postscript signup forms

> Connect a Postscript Shop ID, configure the inline form's shop and form identifiers, and test signup delivery separately from pop-up visibility.

Use Postscript with Jurni for supported SMS signup forms and pop-ups. The shop-level connection and each inline form have different configuration requirements.

## Find the values in Postscript

**Shop ID:** open your Postscript shop/account menu and its **Settings** or **Account settings**. Copy the Shop ID for the brand. This is not the Jurni shop ID or your Shopify product ID.

**Postscript Form ID:** for Jurni's current native inline form, this value is the **numeric keyword ID** used by Postscript's form-subscription flow. Open **Acquisition → Keywords**, edit the intended opt-in keyword, and copy the keyword ID from the page URL or the form instructions supplied by Postscript. Do not paste the keyword's text, a pop-up ID, a private API key, or an unrelated embedded-form identifier. If your Postscript account uses a newer form builder with different identifiers, ask the Jurni team to verify that embed instead of assuming the native Form ID field accepts it.

## Connect Postscript

Open **Settings → Integrations → Reviews & Pop-ups**, enable **Postscript**, and enter its **Shop ID**. Select **Save Changes**. Use the Shop ID for the intended brand, not a private API key or a Jurni shop identifier.

## Add an inline signup form

    Open the page editor, select **Integrations**, and add the supported Postscript form section.

    Select the form and configure its **Postscript Shop ID** and **Postscript Form ID** using the shop and keyword identifiers described above. Check that the keyword belongs to the same Postscript shop.

    Review the phone-number placeholder, button label, submission message, and success/error text. Adjust the input and button styling through the controls available on the element.

  <Step title="Test a real signup">
    Save and publish the page. Submit through the final live URL using a test number you control, then verify the subscription and intended follow-up in Postscript.

The inline form requires **both** identifiers to render as a configured form. A placeholder means that this page-level setup is incomplete. The provider Form ID is separate from the shop-level connection in Jurni settings.

  A success message displayed on the page is not sufficient proof that the expected subscriber or follow-up message was created in Postscript. Verify delivery in the provider before launching the campaign.

## Pop-ups are a separate control

For provider-managed pop-ups, use the experience's editor **Settings → pop-up controls** after Postscript is connected. Those switches control the supported pop-up integration path; they do not remove an inline form section or disable a separate script installed elsewhere.

Review provider-side campaign rules and test the intended visitor conditions. Do not remove your approved signup disclosures when adapting the section's design.

## When the form does not work

**You see a placeholder:** verify the inline form's Shop ID and Form ID.

**The signup reaches the wrong configuration:** check both IDs against the intended brand and form in Postscript.

**It works on the subdomain but not the Shopify Page:** test the native `/pages/` destination separately and check the Shopify theme/app integration path.

**The form submits but the expected follow-up does not arrive:** check the provider's subscriber record and follow-up configuration rather than changing Jurni's page styling.
