# QA Checklist Before Publishing

> Run a complete quality check before publishing a Jurni page, including content, responsive layout, products, Buy Boxes, cart/checkout, tracking, and the final live URL.

Run this checklist before sending meaningful traffic to a new or materially changed Jurni experience. The goal is to verify the **visual page, commerce behavior, publishing destination, and tracking** as one complete shopper journey.

## 1. Content and design

Check both desktop and mobile:

* Headline and body copy are final
* No placeholder text remains
* Images and videos are correct
* Image crops work on mobile
* Font weights and sizes match the design
* Spacing is consistent
* Announcement bar and navigation behave correctly
* Sticky elements do not cover important content
* Links are visually identifiable where required

## 2. Products and Buy Boxes

For every commerce section:

* Correct Shopify product is connected
* Default variant is correct
* All intended variants are available
* Product prices are correct
* Compare-at/savings messaging is accurate
* Quantity behavior is correct
* Out-of-stock or unavailable states are reasonable

## 3. One-time and subscription

If the page offers subscriptions:

* One-time purchase adds without a selling plan
* Subscription adds the correct selling plan
* Delivery frequency labels are correct
* Subscription pricing matches Shopify
* Default purchase option is intentional
* Switching between purchase types updates the price correctly

## 4. Bundles and gifts

For bundle or GWP offers:

* Minimum/maximum bundle rules work
* All selected bundle items reach cart
* Quantities match the shopper selection
* Gift product is the correct variant
* Gift is only added when the shopper qualifies
* Shopify applies the expected discount to the gift or bundle

<Warning>
  The landing page showing a discount is not enough. Confirm the final cart and checkout price.
</Warning>

## 5. Cart and checkout

Test the actual shopper path:

1. Add the default offer to cart.
2. Add at least one alternate variant or purchase option.
3. Open the cart.
4. Confirm product, variant, selling plan, quantity, and price.
5. Continue to checkout.
6. Verify discount behavior.
7. Confirm the checkout destination and store are correct.

For Shopify Pages, also verify the theme's cart integration or Cart Config.

## 6. Links and CTAs

Click every important interactive element:

* Add to cart
* Checkout
* Internal section anchors
* External links
* Retailer / Amazon links
* Quiz or next-step buttons
* Navigation items
* Footer links

Make sure the CTA label matches what the action actually does.

## 7. Publishing

Confirm:

* Correct publishing method is selected
* Custom subdomain is verified when used
* Shopify Page uses the intended page template
* Page handle / route is correct
* Live URL loads without authentication
* No old campaign URL points somewhere unexpected
* Smart Link resolves to the intended destination

## 8. Tracking and attribution

Verify the production page—not only the editor preview:

* Jurni PageView / visit is recorded
* AddToCart occurs after a successful cart action
* Checkout is recorded on the intended transition
* Meta / GA4 / GTM load once
* No duplicate pixels are present
* UTMs and click IDs remain available through the expected flow
* Consent accepted/declined states behave correctly

## 9. Experiments

Before launching an experiment:

* Every variant is published and reachable
* Traffic weights are correct
* The campaign uses the experiment Smart Link
* No ad is still pointing directly to a variant unless intentional
* Primary success metric is clear
* Internal QA traffic is complete before launch

## 10. Shopify Pages only

Check the Shopify theme shell:

* Jurni Funnel Page app block is present
* Page width is correct
* No unwanted Shopify sections appear
* Header/footer configuration is intentional
* Theme fonts/styles are not being overridden by page CSS
* The cart works with the store's cart provider

## 11. Mobile device check

Do one final test on a real phone when possible. Pay attention to:

* Sticky CTA behavior
* Variant selectors
* Carousels
* Video playback
* Modals
* Cart drawer
* Keyboard/input behavior
* Tap targets
* Long offer or subscription labels

## Launch sign-off

A page is ready for traffic when you can complete the intended shopper journey from landing URL to checkout without relying on editor assumptions.

<Tip>
  For a high-spend campaign, record the final live URL, test order, device, and time of QA. That makes tracking or attribution issues much easier to debug after launch.
